As AL-KOR, we respect the environment and continue our work in an environmentally friendly manner. Our company has 14001 Environmental Management System certificate. Based on our environment-oriented service approach, we share all cardboard and plastic waste from our suppliers to our production, within the scope of the Waste Management Plan, with licensed recycling companies. In addition, we forward the hazardous wastes resulting from our production to the licensed waste disposal and recycling companies with which we have a contract.
We work closely with OEM brands that can reach the “0 Emission” status, which is the main target of the automotive industry in the near future. We aim to use recyclable raw materials and aim to be one of the companies that can play a positive role in the sustainability of the automotive industry and the environment.
Based on this goal, we complete our Carbon Footprint calculations, covering all processes from our suppliers to our production, and we continue to work on carbon implementation at the border.

Occupational Health And Safety Policy
Occupational health and safety is AL-KOR MACHINE’s priority issue within the framework of respect for people. Our goal is to create a workplace with zero accident and zero occupational disease values in a safe and healthy environment by fully taking occupational health and safety measures per Labor Laws and current OHS norms.
Our OHS mission is to take precautions before an accident, instead of carrying out protection works after an accident. Within this framework;
•Each of our employees and all subcontractors, suppliers and visitors working in the AL-KOR factory are responsible for fully implementing the OHS instructions.
•All of our employees are natural members of OHS studies and take and develop their own work-related measures to achieve the goal of zero accident and zero occupational disease in OHS studies.
•OHS points will be examined in the internal audit processes and the detected non-conformities are primarily eliminated permanently.
•Managers are responsible for the occupational health and safety of all employees under their management or control.
•The first condition of being a member of the AL-KOR family is to work safely.
•The raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, equipment, and materials used from the product and process design stage to the consumption process are evaluated in terms of chemical, biological, and physical hazards.
